Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice known as the yoga of awareness. It is a technology, a sacred science that works on your entire system incorporating Mantra, Pranayama (controlled breathing) and Asana (posture).
Kundalini Yoga is a Raj Yoga , which calls the student to verify realisations through their own experience and clarify their true identity. Kundalini yoga can strengthen the nervous system, activate the glandular system and enhance well-being.

Originally from Brazil, Eneida creates spaces where people can slow down, listen to their bodies, and begin to rebuild trust in their sensations and inner guidance. Her work is grounded, subtle, and deeply respectful of each individual’s process — not focused on fixing, but on supporting the body’s natural capacity to regulate, restore, and transform.

As a Yin Yoga instructor Eneida’s approach is deeply informed by her personal journey through health challenges, which led her to explore movement as a pathway for healing, regulation, and reconnection.
Eneida’s classes are integrated, with an intuitive approach that honours the connection between body, nervous system, and awareness. Understanding the body has not only as a physical structure, but as a living, expressive system.

Eneida’s work is shaped by a deep commitment to integrity, presence, and living in alignment with what is true.
