Kundalini yoga is a powerful ancient practice. It is a science of angles and triangles including asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation and Mantra (sound).
Kundalini yoga has many benefits; it can support you to; release stress, relax deeply, maintain balance, enhance your vitality, strengthen your nervous system, find clarity, keep focus and deepen your relationship to all things.
In case you are wondering,
flexibility is not a requirement.

We also offer a weekly class at the Pomona Markets, opposite to the Pomona Chai tent. This class is 08.30 - 09.30.
Sat Nam Studios also offers Aquarian Sadhana, both online and in person every first Friday of the month 05:00 - 07:30.
Aquarian Sadhana is a 2h30m practice that includes reciting the Japji Sahib, a 50 minute kriya, and 62 minute mediation in form of mantra.
Sadhana is by donation.
