Sat Nam Studios offers Aquarian Sadhana, both online and in person on Tuesday morning 05:00 - 07:30.
Aquarian Sadhana is a 2h30m practice that includes reciting the Japji Sahib, a 50 minute kriya, and 62 minute mediation in form of mantra.
Sadhana is by donation.
