Natural therapies were introduced to Helen at a young age through friends and family. This inspired Helen to complete a Bachelor degree and
two Master degrees in Health Science.
As a practitioner Helen incorporates the use of more traditional methods and evidence-based practices including acupuncture (5 elements), eastern and western herbal medicine, yoga and nutrition. These modalities assist to re-balance and align your body, mind and soul. Pathology testing is also utilized when required.
Helen has been working in health care for over 15 years and has treated a wide variety of conditions successfully.
